Frequently asked questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by the store. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
How do I restore a purchase?
Open the plans screen in Fluxion and tap “Restore Purchases”, signed in with the same App Store or Google Play account you used to buy.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open the side menu and choose “Delete Account”. Your data is removed within 30 days. You can also write to privacy@fluxion.work.
I’m not getting notifications.
Check that notifications are allowed for Fluxion in your phone’s settings, then check the notification settings inside the app.
Where does the whale data come from?
From Hyperliquid’s public on-chain record. Fluxion is not affiliated with Hyperliquid.
Is Fluxion investment advice?
No. Fluxion shows market data and records of what large traders did, for information only. Your trading decisions are your own.
